I have monitored this system a little bit over the last week. I have noted limited voice activity on Talkgroup 1, and surprisingly it's in the clear. I also heard a transmission on Talkgroup 10.
If you have a DMR capable radio, you might look up the site or sites near you and check it for activity. If you happen to have a DMR decoding software application that can show neighbor site control channel values, check your local sites for any new sites that have come online recently.
