I am the feed provider for City of Riverside Fire Department. I used to be located in the city of Riverside, at the bottom of the western face to Box Springs Mountain where the antennas are located. In July 2022, I moved locations to the other side of Box Springs Mountain on the eastern slope. 'HeyWhatsThat' seems to show strong signal array for my new location, but I am unable to catch the RFD frequencies except for one. I even bought a new discone antenna and installed on the roof, but no change in reception. The antenna has a direct line of sight to the mountain. I am sure I am overlooking something really dumb, but can anyone help me figure out why my reception is so bad?
the frequencies I am trying to receive are
The only frequency I am receiving is 460.1125 Command 2 East (CMD2E), but it does not seem to hear any of the dispatch traffic. I am using a BCT15X scanner; the same scanner I used in my previous location.
