Viper talk group 25069 is no longer audible but you can still see the talk group ID display when they are active. (On BCD996T radios)

Since you are using a BCD996T, and I'm not in the area, are we sure they went encrypted and not switched to Phase II like most of Viper is doing? Not saying you both are wrong, just asking for clarification so we don't get the wrong info out there if people aren't sure.
