Trumbull Co. - Warren PD silent?

For anyone within Trumbull County, that monitors Warren City PD:

Does anyone know if something has changed recently to cause Warren PD to fall silent (different talkgroups, encryption, etc)? I can still hear Warren FD’s talkgroups on my scanners but Warren PD is strangely silent. I’ve just noticed the lack of PD’s chatter within the past couple weeks.

Nevermind, I’m an idiot. Seems like Warren City has also jumped onto the MARCS bandwagon.

And Warren Pd along with Trumbull Sheriff are now 100% encrypted.
