just a question on this..I see this alot in other posts, I have "googled" it, but just curious how does this work, and where is the best place to download this, and a walkthrough on how to do it? Or if someone would be kind enough to give me a walkthrough..After looking at screenshots, this looks kinda neat... I've never tried any of these programs here, but looks neat to try and hey it would be something new to try.. Also is this a free program? Thanks

Hawk:In order to do it you will need either one of the newer GRE or UNIDEN Scanners or have an older scanner "tapped.'

This is Andy's group (slicerwizard) he is extremely helpful and he is the one who wrote the program.

TRUNK88 can be downloaded here. And yes, it is Free.

At the bare minimum, you require a scanner with a Discriminator Tap for feeding audio to the SoundCard on your computer.

To fully utilise the program, you also need a second scanner that can be controlled by a computer, which rules out virtually all the Radio Shack scanners.

ok, oh well, i don't want to mess with the inside of the scanner, just thought it would be a nice thing to try..Looks more like a headache to get it started up...Thanks for the help and info
