BC346XT: Trunking Issue

I have programed a BC346XTC using ARCXT PRO with data downloaded from Radio Ref.
Everything works ok except for the trunking freqs. They all display in the scanner but nothing is received on know to be active frequencies. Any ideas?

Ok, in that county you can only monitor the Quadratics and Telecom Networks systems (although the latter has no identified talk groups). All other systems in that county are digital of some form. Note that the iDEN system and the EDACS system can not be monitored by any scanner (the EDACS because they are using exclusively ProVoice digital).

Other than the trunked systems, everything else on that page (Sheriff, Fire/EMS, etc) can be scanned and monitored.
