Trunking issues

I am trying to listen to NYCOMCO trunking system and i just cannot hear anything I do not even hear them when close to the tower.

I hear everything else ok! What am I doing wrong???????

What don't you hear on what kind of scanner? They do have ProVoice on the system.

I do not hear any dispatches Nothing I am not sure about the provoice? I will have to find out
Other trunking works but not the Nycomco

What scanner? Do you have the nearest tower to you programmed in LCN (Logical Channel Number) in the bank/scanlist?

NYCOMCO (Dutchess, Orange, Ulster Public Safety) Trunking System, Various, New York - Scanner Frequencies

What site? Are the frequencies in the correct channel order? Are you selecting EDACS? Are any other trunked systems you monitor EDACS?

Yes Thats the system and yes I see it set to Edacs, its funny I am close to harriman tower and hear nothing!!!!!
