TRX-1 owner's manual

I have searched this forum and the web for a downloadable copy of the TRX-1 owner's manual. I just received mine today and there was no manual. It is of course a used unit and I would really like to find a copy. Is there a forum member who just might have a copy on their computer that would send me a file copy of it please? Or perhaps you have a working site link where I can download it. I followed the link given on the forum but the store is password protected. Thanking you in advance.

Welcome to the forums! Where is Seymour located? Indiana?

Seymour is a small community located in Sevier County in East Tennessee. I am roughly 20 minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. This all depends upon visitor traffic. Once I could leave my home and been in 3 different cities in 10-15 minutes. Now on a good day it is 20-30. People always ask me "what do you see more of in Seymour, and my reply we have the prettiest girls in Sevier County and the views are fantastic!"

Now this is a real newbie question. What is supposed to be on the sd card? I followed the instructions, connected the scanner after I removed the batteries and made sure it was off. My computer didn't recognize it being connected. I took the card out and put it in my reader and opened it up. It has very little on it and there are at least 3 folders that are empty. I will attach a picture to show you folks. Can you folks help me with it please?

Do you know if the library is up to date? There is no way to update it with the Whistler site being down. Whistler may be out of business. You may need to program it manually. Do you have the TRX-1 EZ Scan software and programming cable? If not, try this link: 380.28 MB folder on MEGA You still did not answer if that is Seymour, Indiana.

Tvengr, it is Seymour, Tennessee. I have a USB cord that came with the unit. I have already downloaded the following software. TRX1 owners manual, TRX1 CPU updater, TRX1 Scanner driver, TRX1 Remote control protocol, TRX1 DSP update, and TRX1 control demo. I have no idea if the library is up to date because I don't know what these folder names mean. If the programming cable is a standard USB that fits the side port I have several. If not then what does it look like. Sorry I had to attend my grand daughter's 5th birthday party.

Did you download and install the TRX-1 Install 3.45.0.700 file? That is the EZ Scan app you will need to program the scanner.
