Nothing in RR database with that PL tone. Without a tone listed, the frequency is mentioned as a fire mutual aid channel in Morris County. Based on the FCC ULS, I presume it is a Morris County fire channel.

Since you're in Bergen County, getting low band signals from Morris County aren't considered "skip" because they are fairly close to each other. Same thing with Denville it's really too close to be classified as skip. Skip is usually defined as signals that are 100 miles away or greater!
