TS1 Not Working on Pi-Star MMDVM Hotspot.

Hey all,
Received my pi-star duplex hotspot from eBay about a week ago and can’t get it to connect when in duplex mode meaning I can not use TS1 on DMR+ When in simplex mode I can access and connect to the server and to the reflectors on TS2 but since it’s simplex TS1 is disabled and this disables all TGs on slot1. When the HS is switched to duplex mode TS1 and 2 show activated but the dashboard shows DMR mode in red and DMR network status in red (meaning they are not connected or enabled) on the left hand side of the dashboard in admin tab. Again it works in simplex I have been using it in simplex but I paid for a duplex hotspot and would like to use both TS. Thanks in advance.

My Zumspot is not 'duplex' so I have not had the opportunity to work with a duplex version. During my Zumspot startup period it was clear that TS2 was used for connectivity via the hotspot pi-star application. Are you sure duplex means using both time slots? I also have not seen reference to using a hotspot on DMR+.

Yes when in duplex mode both time slots show green and active. Except when put into duplex mode it disconnects me from the DMR+ Server and network status and DMR mode both turn red. I have read it is possible to re route static talkgroups found generally on slot 1 to slot 2 but it got me really confused and involved re writing lines in the DMR gateway which is a little advanced for me at this point haha.
