On my Lv Co Ks TSYS TG does it make any difference if the CC is turned on or off ?

Think you might want to reread what CC is all about
Yup, the CC brings you all the TGs for the system your monitoring that's why you also need the alternate CC's in case they rotate them as you end up hearing nothing....
