Well that turned out to be alot of nothing, homeowner pretty much had it out on their arrival, they turned all but 2 engines and a ladder back.

It must be nice to have the kind of response Tulsa has right off the bat; What is it? 3 Engines and 2 ladders?

Depends of the area of town and the type of call. 4 engines, 1 ladder, and 1 chief on house fires, sometimes 5 engines 2 ladders, and 1 chief on some house fires and buisness fires.
