I have reported problems on every place I can find to so. Several apps and broadcastify web page.Have you used the Report a Problem link to notify the feed provider?

Yes, a number of timesHave you used the Report a Problem link to notify the feed provider?
For clarification, is it the feed with the problem entitled "Tulsa, Creek, Osage, Rogers and Washington Counties Public Safety "? The thread title here just says "Tulsa public safety feed", so I assumed there was a separate feed just focused on Tulsa. I just tried listening to Tulsa, Creek, Osage, Rogers and Washington Counties Public Safety and didn't hear anything, so I presume that is the actual feed with the problem.
Because of the way Broadcastify works, with volunteer feed providers, it's likely the only person who knows what is wrong with the feed and if it will get fixed is the feed provider.
I see the same feed provider for Tulsa, Creek, Osage, Rogers and Washington Counties Public Safety streams aviation frequencies, and at least one of those is still working.
Below is a message I got 4 days ago from a "Gordon"Going on a couple of weeks now with no audio on Tulsa, Creek, Osage, Rogers and Washington Counties Public Safety I have reported everywhere I could find to report. Still waiting.
