Talkgroup user is the Health Department.

Heard conducting a radio check on July 29, 2004 around 8:20 AM.

Expo Security checked in during the radio check.

Central Regional Security check in during the radio check.

A few minutes after the radio check was finished. There were several radio test conducted. During one of the test, the test was in Digital.

:?::?:A Couple of Questions:

Do you think the user was actually the Tulsa City/County Health Department as listed in the database, or do you think the talk group has been reassigned? Expo Security doesn't seem to have much to do with health, unless I'm missing something.

Also, was the entire test in digital, or just part? Did they announce they were switching to digital?

Just curious, since I'm VERY interested in their digital transition.

The radio test was first in analog and then the last test count was in Digital.

The radio checking in was conducted by the health dept. Expo security and the Central Regional checked in as if they were normal users on the talkgroup. Their communications were in analog.
A woman was doing the radio check calling individuals by names, some were Dr's.

Yes I think the radio check in's were for the health dept.

The only digital was the last test count. The radio test were conducted by a man.

There were no announcements made concerning a switch to digital.

From listening to the talkgroup in the past, they do a radio check sometimes Monday-Friday between 8:00-9:00AM.

The talkgroup has been active during some weekends, probably special events.

Expo square security is not on 800mhz. They are on 450. I am curious who you are hearing. Expo square wanted to go to 800 but was not allowed (politics). If you listen to the So's talk group much they have a hard time getting a hold of expo square security and have to do so by pager or cell phone.
