I havent heard the turnpike north talkgroup in a while. anybody w/answers ???

ok heres the prob i have the b troop trunked in closed mode to the desired talk groups that i listen to(one being 3 com of the turnpike north div) but i dont get nthem but all others. when i unlock the contol channel and scan normally the banks of frequencies it shows up at that only time and i cant even hit hold on id group on my pro-95 but when i go back to normal trunking mode in closed mode it doesnt transmit
