Twitter Alerts Not Working

I am bringing back this old thread rather than starting a new one.

I am getting back into the scanner arena and would like to help send out alerts. Am I able to do this or is it reserved for certain people? How exactly do you send out the alerts? I'd like to help where I can.

Need help with Utah Alerts

Is there a subscriber to this forum that is in charge of Utah Alerts?
I can't post any alerts.
Every post I send, never goes through.
Last night, I tried to post an alert about a robbery. It didn't go through.
But a few minutes after I tried, I receive an alert from someone else.

I would be interested to know if other senders are having issues sending alerts via email? (PLEASE DO NOT POST THE ADDRESS)

I have been using the Android app that I created so I am personally no longer sending via email.

I just sent an email alert and it worked fine.
