Two Tone Detect Not Sending Email

I am using TwoToneDetect on an old WinXP computer. For some reason at the end of September it quit sending the emails after it receives the two tone fire page. I have tried setting up 3 different email providers thinking that was the issue but did not work. You can see where it shows and time stamps that the pages are being received just never says sent. Anyone experiencing this or know a fix? I am running an old version of TTD V67. I tried to load the newest version V74 but it will not load and says Win32 issue.

Also nothing was changed before this stopped working.

If you're using Gmail to send the messages, Google turned off support for "Less secure apps" and that kills our ability to use gmail.

No not using Gmail. I was using Outlook and Mail.com. Can't get either one to work. I also just opened a Yahoo account and tried that but get the same results.
