W2LIE has a list of the tone outs. It is from 2008 so I don't know how accurate it remains. Downloads / Fire Tone-Out Charts / Nassau Tone Chart v3.0.3 - W2LIE.net | Monitor Long Island, Inc.
What I did to figure out the tone outs for my area is waited for a day with tons of storm related traffic and set the recorder on. I would use Radio ID to pull the tones and then would match them up to the standard tones (We have Quick Call II and Plectron, so I googled for those and obtained a list). I then updated what I could on the Wiki for my county.
If you are affiliated with the agency or know someone who is you may be able to get the tones from them.
