So I decided to take my scanner to the balloon parade in Stamford today to see what I could find. Here is what I came up with for frequencies used during the parade.
461.9875 311DPL
453.5250 311DPL

Most of these were repeaters that were in use. I did some checking on the FCC site and could not find anything specific for Stamford. I am thinking that they probably rent the radios and repeaters from either Northeastern Communications or New England Communications but that is just a guess.
Now speaking of clowns in the parade
