What about Nextel? It is considered a two way service but nobody is allowed to monitor that.

Is not that we're not allowed but mainly we can't because Nexhell is very old digital proprietary technology, however, there's a will and a way.... ;)

Cellular privacy laws shouldn't even apply since technically, they're NOT a cellular provider and don't even operate on those frequency ranges as you may have implied. And they're not encrypted either. Never mind Nexhell is part of the problem and reason behind the re-banding mess.
