And to get to this point it only took 3.5-ish months, and 38 posts to get to knowing this little about the signal...

Sure I know the Freq but why does anyone here need to know it?Here is nobody from my Country. And if someone here he isnt that stupid and say anything.AM/ FM sound not that different to identify."household item" are only allowed on 433mhz and 8XXmhz not outside. All not Voice Signals Run 24/7.sorry i dont want go to jail for listen on non public freqs. thats why exact freq, time and location are not possible and nobody here know the local things.

The 433 MHz would be intentional emissions. If the signal is coming from a power supply, plasma television, telemetry system, it could have similar characteristics.

The Signal I mean are from Public Transport. Its a Trunk Control System or for Information Display.
But there is no return signal.
