When an LTR system like this

is down to LCNs 5-10 (which it is), it doesn't make any sense to list groups that are homed on LCNs 1-4. Because that would be impossible.

One thing is, sometimes people want a record of users who may have moved
somewhere else on the same system e.g. different TG, or are gone and may show
up on another system (or not) Wiki could be good for that; a holding area for recently-
vacated users for a certain length of time. I guess the length of hold time is an
issue to prevent too much old clutter. However, I see other systems that haven't
been updated in 5 years or more with old users still listed, who are long-gone.

In response to storing the unused talkgroups, I've added them to the WIKI page for this system, in the order they were submitted.
