I am currently receiving a very strong P25 data channel on 774.78125 MHz, from here in Ann Arbor, Mich. The System ID is: 348 and the WACN is BEE00. The site Id is 201. Anyone have a clue as to what system this might be?

I'm hearing the CC here in Lorain, Ohio but its not strong enough to decode it properly. The with the inverstion the bands are wide open so it can be coming from anywhere along the lake shore. I'll watch this post, hopefully someone can ID it.
