Mil-Air is certainly do-able on the 345, but keep the limitations in mind about mil-air in general on these desktops. Because mil-air is so fast, unless you know beforehand the freqs you need, keep your search limits small, and your bank-scanning small as well.

If you try to scan more than about 10 channels at a time, you'll probably miss a lot.

Bearcat 340 CRS $10.00

While in Dallas, I spotted this radio for $10.00. There was no manual or power supplies included with this radio. In fact, the battery door is missing. But, for $10.00, I can use this radio for Skywarn Frequencies.
