Uniden BCD43HP PROBLEM

I just started having a problem with my radio. While the radio picks up sfpd dispatch, its been spotty lately, not finishing the transmission from both sides. It cuts off the end of each transmission. not sure if I did anything to the settings or what. I tried to adjust the squelch already. thanks

Also, does this radio pick up SFPD detectives?

Hi what antenna are you using on your BCD436HP stock? have you tried different locations to see if it improvements? Also what firmware are you running? You can get the entire database updated via the Uniden Sentinel software https://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Sentinel_(Uniden_software) it will have all talk groups that were been reported
