Unidentified central PA school bus frequency

Hearing school bus comms, mention of route 322 and some other roads that makes me think this is somewhere in Centre county or surrounding area. Not finding any current licenses or anything in the database in that area but did find this:

make sure you also search +/ that frequency for any potential bleed overs

Thought about that but doubled checked with an SDR, its right on 152.960

Stay on frequency but remove the tone. Does the repeater eventually ID itself? This would confirm or negate your finding above...

Certainly would not be the first time, last time, only time that someone forgot to renew the license. Even though it says expired/canceled. Often with a small company, school, etc. the license info may have been tossed by some admin person that didn't know what it was. Long Motor Buses appears to be an interesting company, providing school buses, notary service, CDL training, and vehicle maintenance.

I agree, crack open the squelch and listen for the repeater to ID. Should do it every 30 minutes when it's busy.

So the few times I've heard this thing ID over the last few days I'm pretty certain it is WPLI798. Still not quite sure which school district it is but if their website is correct sounds like Long only runs bus routes for West Branch Area SD in Morrisdale.
