I have heard various spurts of communications on this but cannot figure out who or what this is. No notable transmissions that would ID it. My scanner had this preprogrammed in as "Federal Service" but I do not know what it is here in the OKC area. Anyone know?

I believe that is typically used by the Federal Protective Service. They are tasked with the security of most non-military Federal Buildings.

Thanks for the help.
Yeah, I just found it under GSA. This is the freq for the Federal Building Security in downtown OKC.

Next to a scanner...
Yea, and their maintenance uses it too. Sometimes you can hear them say door access codes in the clear too!

It's suprising to me that it's not digital. All the guards that I see carry ASTRO Saber III radios (which are digital capable).

If you are a paying member of RR, you can go to the state page and type a freq in at the bottom of the page. It will search the whole state and give you what counties the freq is active in as well as most other info about it. You can also search the fcc license database from there.
