I read in one message that freqhopping was having this error with UT. I also get this error under xp. It did it twice tonight. When I get out and go back in it will not track anything after that. I restart xp (shutdown), try UT again and it sometimes starts to decode, not all the time. Is this a bug or is there some place in the program or xp that I should be looking at? This is with an ibm t30 on board sound card. Another Q is...does the network cable need to be in when decoding? The reason I ask is that when I have it working ok, I go to the import system info....it shows up on the screen and can see the id's and grps. But if I unplug the net cable, I lose everything, stops decoding goes to a receiver screen. Also does it not put the freq's in there for you after you tell it the control chl? So I take it there is no answer for this error? I can't be the only one getting this! Hope somebody out there has an answer for this error.

What radio are you using?
How does the waveform look in the 'scope view?
