UniTrunker/460Mhz decoding

I have tried many times to set up the band plan using all my specifics from Trunker. This is the Washington DC PD which I can follow (and control voice radio) from Trunker with no problem. If I fill in all the blanks in the bandplan setup, I get the windows error (appl compatibility) and it shuts down. If I try to use the Wizard, It just locks up UniTrunker.

Win XP SP2 on a P4 3.2 Gig with 1 Gig memory.

Any help would be appriciated.

After messing around, I answered my own question. I deleted all the files related to the 460Mhz system and started the 860Mhz system. Download data from RR (both systems are in one DB) and collected data for a short time. Switched back to the 460 system and WaLa. No errors and both systems are following and controling fine.
