Anyone know how to fix the issue with unitrunker, after some time, locks up?

Restarting the program, it just continues to lock up as soon as I give it the discriminator output.. The only way to get it to go again is to delete all the site files in the directory. (then I lose all my settings)

Thanks!

Hi insomnia;

I don't have a fix ... in fact this is the first I've heard. You mean to say that deleting only the SIT files allows you to re-start the program? All I can do is humbly request that you reproduce the problem with logging turned on and send the resulting files to me.

Try this ... copy the EXE to an empty folder. Start the program. Set it to run in a window - not full screen. From the main menu, select [O]ptions and turn logging ON. Return to the main menu and type "S" to save your settings. Also run the task manager (right-click on the task bar and select "Task Manager". Keep the task manager close by - either minimized or pushed off to the side. Sit back and let the program run.

When you see this problem re-appear ... check the task manager. Is Unitrunker using most of the CPU? Make a note of which program(s) seem to be most active. Click on the Unitrunker window ... and press "Escape" key. It should (eventually) exit. If it's still running after a minute or two - go ahead and kill it (click on the [X] close window button or through the task manager).

The log file and data files created may have some clues as to what's causing this. If you like, you can combine them into a single ZIP file and send them as an email attachment.
