Just an issue I'm experiencing with UniTrunker - the skip function doesn't cycle through all live calls, so when trying to follow busy chatter that's skipping between several channels, I end up missing big parts of the conversation. It seems to only want to skip between the two most recent calls.

Is there a fix for this? Thanks!

The skip feature has a flaw where it tends to favor the first signal receiver over others (and low channel #s over higher channels #s within a site). This has been fixed for the next release.

If you're trying to follow a specific conversation, try the Hold button. All other calls are ignored while the program "holding" on to a specific talk group.

Ok, thanks!

I didn't realize "Hold" held the talkgroup, So it'll follow it as it jumps between frequencies?

And I'm only using one signal and one voice receiver. Other than that it's been great! (Until the local muni switches systems...)

Thanks. I've used the priority feature on some of the talkgroups, but sometimes something interesting happens on a lower priority group that I want to follow.

The pause works well :)
Cheers

I think I'm using the Aug 1 release (I have the RSSI display) and am still having the same problem with skipping between channels.

With a busy system using only 5 frequencies there's a lot of hopping and sometimes I'm not able to get to the hold button in time.

Oh, and the "Lockout" function for specific talkgroups appears to have been broken in the latest release.

Any idea when this will be available?

I'm often finding that I miss things because another talkgroup goes active before I can pause on the first.
