It looks like University Circle might be moving to DMR. The WPVJ676 license is being updated to DMR emissions.

That is interesting since University Pd just moved to GCRCN, TG 56731 a few months ago. They were on a horrible 900 band FM prior to the switch to GCRCN.

This looks to be a two-site simulcast DMR system for University Circle Inc. They just filed to add additional frequencies. So If there is anyone up in University Circle area able to use DSDPlus to check around on 900 mhz, please do so and report what you find.

I spent some time in University Circle monitoring CWRU DMR system and UC DMR system yesterday.

These were active on the UC system
Talkgroups
1305,1323,1375,1341,1354,1357,1342,1306,1310,1317,1345 and 7 were monitored..They all seemed to be maintenance related from what I heard.

These were active on the CWRU system
Talkgroups
8231,8702,9002,1456,9001,1131,2222,2255,2208,8905,and 8151 were monitored..These were mostly maintenance related with a few handling parking garages and deliveries..The reception in University Circle was excellent..About one or two miles outside of that I got no reception..I was using my WS1080 with RS 800 MHZ antenna...I will be going back in the near future to try and separate the talk groups and determine exactly how its setup.

Nice start. Nice to know it is indeed active. Based upon @TV88KEYS remarks, one is going to have to be very close to monitor either of these.

We are going to need more details -- System Type (Cap+, Con+, DTIII, etc), LCNs, and Color Codes before anything can be added to the DB.
