@Starcom21 I have mapped out most of the applications, and the link is in the Wiki page for the system. When I last looked, no new licenses had been issued in quite a while, and since I'm in Texas (north of Dallas), I only get up there a few times a year to scope out the system for active sites (since others haven't shown much interest in researching it).

I'm wrapping up a few days relaxing at my family home in Kansas, when I get back to Texas, I will be parsing a lot of data that has been collected and will get it submitted to RRDB (I know the count is double digits for new sites, but the final number won't come until I finish going through everything).

Based on my initial review of the data, the entire network is up and running, despite not having permanent licenses issued for a number of sites, and the frequencies are not lining up 100% with the license applications.

I haven't done any checking to see if the VHF net is gone yet.
