The past couple of times I've driven through Eugene on I-5 I've noticed that I haven't been able to receive the UO LTR system. I programmed the freqs in as conventional and not a peep. Its usually quite busy. I think the system may have been taken down due to the new NXDN system being online. The LTR frequencies are also licensed for NXDN so maybe they will be incorporated into the new NXDN system in the future.
