169.8000 R 100.0 - atleast two Repeaters [Mount Spokane and Steptoe]

Didn't see a National Park or Forest close enough for the two sites, nor the USFWS, so my thought was more toward BIA or BLM

Anyone have thoughts as to which Federal Agency owns those two Repeaters
