I monitored this system via DSDPlus for a bit today. I've noticed that Solano County SO is starting to transition to the system. Most of the radio traffic on XSO PATROL 1 still says "EXTERNAL" for the radio ID, but some are coming up with a full P25 radio ID. The dispatch console appears to be going through the analog system because it still says "EXTERNAL".
