That's DMR (probably voice but could be data). DMR has two "slots" per frequency and thus each frequency can handle two simultaneous transmissions; some users put voice on one slot and data (like AVL) on the other slot.
TG = Talkgroup ID
U = User (individual radio) ID
Been awhile since I searched with my BCD436HP which has basically the same display, but if I recall correctly Nt = the "network" (system) ID, and S = the Site number.
Color Code is the DMR equivalent of PL/DPL/NAC for that frequency; Slot 2 indicates which Slot (1 or 2) the transmission is on.
