you could start by looking at the SAFET databse.....some are listed there. And you may find others in their appropriate databases too

For the others - it'd be an easier process if you described what types of conversations you heard / unit numbers / time of day / etc.

Allen County

Here are two unknown ID Tags for Allen County Public Safety System. I don't have alot of info on it And they are not in the database. Even checked the Safe-T Network.
