Unknown Talkgroup Ids

Is there a way to find out what a talkgroup is if it is not listed on the database here? Some of them are there but several of them come up with numbers that are not listed on the database.

Is there a way to find out what a talkgroup is if it is not listed on the database here? Some of them are there but several of them come up with numbers that are not listed on the database.

Two ways I can think of.
1) Ask in your state forum. Someone might know.
2) Listen, listen, listen and figure out what they are talking about.
