Thanks when I listen it was a stake out.FWIW it's been documented before in Oklahoma Wireless Information Network (OKWIN) - Unconfirmed or Unidentified Talkgroups by Site.

Its the U.S. Marshals Service, Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force (NOVCTF)I’m hearing TG 1353 it’s law enforcement but don’t know who heard it on the Creek site.
No sir, feel free to if you wish.Anyone submit this yet?
Scanner nerds knowing what channels are in use isn't the reason things are going E. Its those same channels being streamed on the internet that has been the leading cause. It makes the cost of entry and skills needed to listen to an agency essentially nothing, since everybody has a phone and the free apps make it super easy. I love Broadcastify, but its killing the hobby, and I understand why. Agencies dont want all their radio traffic sent to anybody with a smart phone; which is everybody.Yes it has been sent in but wont be added to the DB given the nature of the channel's use and its unencrypted. The less people know the better. Its been online for some time but now that it's in this forum it may get put in. This is how channels go from unencrypted to encrypted tho ugh.
Yeah it’s nothing exciting. I’ve listened. PD traffic all together is boring imo. Online streaming is why my agency just went encrypted. That TG above has been submitted and denied, at least for OK county on the OKC site. It is the USMS too but they also have a few others on okwin that’s encrypted.Scanner nerds knowing what channels are in use isn't the reason things are going E. ...And if it is the USMS on that TG, they know their channel is clear. If they wanted an E, they'd use an E.
Unless somebody else has sent it in, it hasn't been sent in. 1. I can't personally verify that it is the USMS and 2. I don't want to run the risk of it ending up on the internet. Like the feds are really browsing scanner nerd forums to see if they're mentioned lol 'Oh F#@k! They're talking about us in a forum! Flip the E switch ASAP!!'
That aside, if you've ever listened to that TG, its not all that interesting. Its akin to adults playing the longest games of hide and seek ever. "...are they in that car?" "I dont know" "a door just opened on that car" "the blue car?" "no the red car" "theyre supposed to be in a trailblazer" "no, it was a white 300" "They might have gone in the gas station" "I didnt see anyone go in" "lets keep an eye on the Domino's across the street" "I cant see over there from here. Frank, can you see it?" "No, I cant" ....on and on and on for hours. So boring...
