Unknown Tier 3 DMR

Most of you are probably unaware, but I've been trying to map DMR systems throughout central and northern Minnesota. I was driving north of Bemidji, when I came across this (not able to receive in Bemidji)

463.3 TIII CC DCC 0 Site L2-1.6
461.4125 TIII CC DCC 0 Site 4

I could not run 461.4125 with DSD+, but my SDS200 was barely decoding it. (DSD+ and Uniden show different site numbers for these systems and I'm guess poor decode has something to do with it). FCC licenses were not showing anything definitive. I do also believe this to be related to the 451.1375 Site 2 I found early this summer around Mahnomen. Since there is really nothing north of Bemidji, I suspect this may be energy related or National Forest related.

153.05 Cap+ Site 5 DCC 9 LCN 1 LSN 1/2 Neighbor: 4

I searched around, but never could find any neighbors. I believe sites 1, 2, 3, must be off-line. Site 4 must be out there some place

Looks like @wirr is correct! All Allete licenses have been updated to include DMR emissions this past May. I'm not sure how I missed that. Thank you for that tidbit.

I've been wondering if Allete is migrating to DMR TIII. 451.075 has had some DMR traffic in the Duluth area, site L2-1.1.

Regarding 451.1375 near Mahnomen, perhaps this:

Been through Fergus a few times and never heard anything since. There is an 451.1375 Allete in northern St Louis county, but that would be a long way from where I was.

463.3 is a DMR system in an assisted living facility located in city limits, found its searching one night!

It appears they have turned off the MPT-1327 in the Duluth area and are on the DMR now, using the same frequencies and band plan from the MPT system.

Alrighty folks - ALLETE Minnesota power is in the final stages of transitioning to the DMR system off of the MPT-1327

Royalton
Salol
Swanville
Virginia
Williams
Winton


I suspect most of the above list is on the DMR already. Best way to verify is with a SDR and DSD+.
Swanville, Little Falls, and Royalton are still on the MPT-1327 and I suspect are the last 3 to move over. I'll keep an eye on those sites.

I remember finding this system and reporting it, i wonder if they added more tg's
