On The 3 school bus depot sites are sch buses. A few school sites been coming in when bands are open up. I have to sit somewhere when it gets cooler and see any OTA shows up.

It HAS been confirmed to be Lake County Schools, yes.
I submitted the new system last week sometime. Ticket #288396

Keep in mind that ultimately there are going to be likely 40-50 sites. It's just a matter of somebody finding them all and getting them documented.
Way dumb having that many sites. I would took 1 or 2 freq from each school and make 1 site. I've seen up to 42 sites so far. Waiting on cooler weather to come and I can sit somewhere not sweating at a local park.
Honestly, at that point, if they are going to have that many sites on the air, wouldn't it just be better to join PSIC instead?

That's not the scope of the PSIC system and they could never join it or use it for day-to-day comms.
the system has been posted on RR - however, it's still being updated with site info.

You might want to change that to Motorola Capacity Max rather than DMR Tier III Nonstandard. The latter is for non-CAPMAX Nonstandard, such as Selex/Leonardo.

Why is that? Aren't other Lake County Agencies on that system, such as the Lake County School Board?
Also, is the other Lake County School Cap+ system still on the air?

PSIC is a public safety asset that stretches from Lake County south to Broward County, along with some other non-contiguous counties to the north, and is for specific purposes and operations (internal school communications is not one of them). Lake County hosts the connections and manages the EID's in its core, but the RF sites are all over the state and owned by the individual counties that share its 15 talk-groups.
Again, it's not in the scope.

Then I think it's safe to say the Cap+ system should be deleted.
Also, @batdude, I noticed there is no system ID in the database. Not sure if you got to that yet. Just wanted to let you know.

Kinda hard to do for multiple reasons
1. Looks like you designated all Lake T3 channels as control channels (not sure that was ever confirmed)
2. Lake Co T3 sites (at least Groveland and Paisley) were submitted with all frequencies on license (LCNs manually calculated)
- where all frequencies on those two sites really monitored?
If all frequencies on those sites were personally monitored and confirmed, then the old Cap+ sites have to be gone. But if all freqs were just added off the license with LCNs calculated manually and each frequency at each site not confirmed active, then you have no way to confirm the Cap+ sites being online unless somebody watches both freqs on the Groveland and Paisley Cap+ sites for a day to see if there is any Cap+ activity.
And we know (at least some in the DMR industry have suggested) that when switching to CAPMAX T3 there is some sort of Compatibility mode that would allow operation of both Cap+ and T3 at the same time on the same frequencies.

But again, could it be working in some sort of compatibility mode? Maybe. But those are 3/4 of the Cap+ freqs confirmed right there as T3.
