Most of the TxDOT low band licenses were cancelled or expired or they removed the low band frequencies from existing licenses. As far as I know they don't use low band any more. The database is missing a lot of stuff and full of obsolete stuff (not just TxDOT).

Few of the trucks still have lowband for a few of the west Texas/panhandle offices. For the most part everything outside of the major metro areas is moving to VHF P25.
