Hearing traffic on 153.150mhz here in Vigo. Conversation sounds like Deputies out in the field. I can't find anything in the FCC for this Freq or something close. Anyone confirm who this Freq is licensed too?
A lot of times they won't be licensed on a particular frequency they are using, this is something they do if they think a suspect(s) have scanners or some departments do it for warrant services so the suspects don't know they are coming.

haha I found a new chit-chat channel on old VHF...MUAH...didn't think they had those radios programmed for VHF. Guess that antenna will transmit on VHF as well as 800
No, I would say that it is there mobil rig, its a simplex freq so they have to be running 20+ watts for me to here them in the areas they were with the setup I have
did that make sence?
as far as the 2 antennas..no I believe these white cruisers only have the one antenna on them now...can u guess what department that is?
Gotta say it's ISP, The last time I heard that they only were using 800mhz if I'm correct I didn't know those radios would do that unless they have an old radio installed. I did a ride along a couple of years ago and the trooper had an old low band radio in his car that was at least 20 years old.

The only problem with that is, it is impossible for two radios to transmit off of one antenna without blowing one of the radios up. There is something else going on somehow.
