Unknown vintage airband handheld with thumbwheel frequency dials

Definitely a Delcom AIR-960. Used one at work (ARINC) along with Icom IC-A series portables before I retired. Not related to any Icom.

I think just rebranded Icom.

IC-2A is the 2 meter model without the DTMF pad.
IC-2AT is the 2 meter model with the DTMF pad.
They both have thumwheel switches.
