unlock screen

I can't unlock the screen on my Home Patrol 2. I touch the unlock button but it stays locked.

Locking/Unlocking the Screen Tap the lock icon in the upper right corner of the screen to lock.
Tap the icon again then Unlock to unlock.

unless your finger is too dry, just lick it. it is how i have to use my phone.

That is what I was doing buy evidently it was unlocking and I didn't realize it!
