When I try to update my scanner I get this message: "There was an error retrieving version information. The certificate presented by the update site is invalid." I am trying to update a PRO-668.

PRO 668 Programming software which includes updates is no longer supported since radio shack went out of business

You can do the unofficial WS1080 FW update so you can update using Whistler EZ-Scan. Plenty of threads here for that process and the warnings that go with it.

Personally I have my own 668 with the unofficial and works great which includes DMR.
