With the Wiki looking pretty old, and a tad to general, I figured I'd ask here. Does anyone have the frequencies for USMS New Jersey? Especially the NY/NJ Fugitive Task Force?

Where sections/locations in the state on the WVIRP are you hearing the USMS activity?

Berkeley Co. and Jefferson Co. and probably Hampshire Co. and Morgan Co. of WV. They will also use the state system into MD and VA where it works. You'll also see/hear them on some local TGs every once in a while when they need to, but this is rare.

I have not heard them in my area using anything other than the state system. I would suspect they do have some of their own radios to use as well if/when they are out of range of the state system. So, the chances of me hearing them use anything other than the state system will be slim since it has great coverage.

When I answered you with "both" I was going off what the FBI does around here. They'll use analog and then the next shift will use P25.
