There have been a number of USAF E-3 AWACS Sentry's flying orbits near Houston and Corpus Christi presumably to provide air and radar support for the response to Hurricane Harvey.

I copied an E-3 yesterday evening on NORAD AICC (364.2) announcing that he was monitoring "this frequency and CONR-3"

UHF Satcom 263.925 (downlink) / 297.525 (uplink) was subsequently very active with VINSON encrypted digital voice comms.

We've logged references to CONR-3 being 263.925, however it appears they are using this net as the primary satcom net for operations related to the response to Harvey in the gulf.

CONR-3 is reported to be the primary net for the Western Air Defense Sector (WADS) - callsign BIGFOOT

I've updated the UHF Satcom article in the wiki with all the known UHF Satcom networks that we know about as of now.
