USB and SDR Help

That's from my Dell laptop I tried the powered hub on it also it couldn't run two so Airspy straight to the Dell and the RSP1B to the Samsung,

Looks like you are going one on one with SDR and computer. Likely a good choice at least for now.
Not mentioned was comm port assignment. Using different physical ports can/will change operating system port numbers. Best to have device manager running before you plug your SDR into a physical port. After you plug in device manager will update and show new port assignment number.
Once you get “things” working not so necessary, but a useful diagnostic tool to remember.

If I get a new laptop with usb-c will that give more power with the sdrs being 2.0, the RSP1B is 185ma and the Airspy R2 being 320ma

Longer cable and associated voltage drop likely to be a problem, but no clear yes or no possible without trying. I not familiar with cable extension repeaters. Likely if powered from the USB input cable they are adding to the current load and dropping more voltage. They should have their own external power source.
